Made an Apple and Cherry pie at Mummy's house. Just used Borgs shortcrust pastry, massive bag of Granny Smiths, canned cherries, brown sugar and cinnamon..oh and a bit of arrowroot to thicken it. Was pretty rad.
Also made a pretty sweet as creamy potato bake. I can't really remember what was in it. Just a basic 'cream' sauce, fair bit of cheezly and lots of pepper. Mmmmmmm.
Jo and Deano came round for dinner the other night and we had veggie roast - don't have any photos because I just wanted to eat it. Then we had ice creams for dessert. Everyone else had 2 but I had 1 so I had my 2nd one for brekkie :D

Chocolate pudding from vegan with a vengeance... I think I put too much arrowroot in, or cooked it for too long because it was a little too "set" but still rad. Will try it again.
